You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design or product, please contact us at soufremet@gmail.com. We’ll arrange an exchange once we’ve received the original item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For exchanges, the customer covers return shipping, while we cover the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
